I believe in empowering people to feel connected to their food and their farmer. And I believe in giving back to the land. DONT BE AFRAID OF A FEW HOLES:
Because I try to meddle as little as possible with the amazing processes nature has already perfected, sometimes there may be a few hole-y leaves here and there. But rest assured that you can confidently eat these hole-y leaves knowing they have been untouched by harmful substances. Theses roots, fruits, leaves, and veggies are just as beautiful and nutritious as any other. Think of it as natures quality control- some little creature had a tiny snack and very much approved!
